Knead the dough - it's soft and pliable, roll into a ball, put in cling film and put in a warm place for proofing for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a circle 5 mm thick
Cut into 8 sectors, apply the chocolate spread and sprinkle with nuts.
Turn each sector in the form of a bagel and join the ends.
Leave in a warm place for proofing for 20 minutes. Grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with brown sugar and sesame seeds as desired.
Sent in a preheated 180 oven for 20 minutes
