Just a delightful dish! Insanely delicious and flavorful. Prepared quickly and easily, from virtually nothing. Stuffing consists of bread and cheese. A great combination of tomatoes, crunchy top stuffing and aroma of Italian herbs! Tomatoes should be chosen not watery, with thick walls (better grade type "plum" or "bell").

Cooking
Tomatoes wash, dry, remove the pulp. Put on a napkin cut down to remove excess moisture.
Meanwhile, make the marinade. To do this, mix grated garlic, oil, salt and spices.
Connect in a bowl the tomatoes and marinade, stir gently.
While the tomatoes are marinated, make the filling. Grate cheese on a grater, bread to turn into crumbs in a blender. Mix well.
Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet and put the filling made of cheese and bread (not ramming). On top sprinkle the tomatoes with the remaining marinade. Send in a preheated to 220 degrees. oven for 10 min.
Tomatoes ready sprinkle with herbs and let cool. Bon appetit!
