Chocolate marshmallow roll
We've learned that the rolls on the basis of the cookie just enough to put in the fridge and they will become dense and will remain crumbly. Today I want to offer a roll which is stored in the freezer, and the taste is closer to butterscotch.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    200 g

  • Cream

    0.333 cup

  • Marshmallows

    5 piece

Ingredients for the chocolate base.

Mix the sugar and cocoa, add water and stir. Put on fire and boil to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and put oil. To wait until it melted.

Ingredients for marshmallow cream. I have a chocolate with nuts. And yet, we can buy white chocolate just like this. If You have the opportunity to buy good quality, the color of the cream is more white.
