Very tasty, juicy thighs, soaked in the aroma of vegetables and spices.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Marinade for thighs in a mixture of salt, pepper, spices and 1 head onion (about 30-40min).

Cut the vegetables julienne

Sliced eggplant sprinkle with salt and soak in water for 10-15 minutes (so get rid of bitterness), then drain off the water, rinse the eggplant and dry it with a towel.

Put the hip in the sleeve for baking and round vegetables.
