Love Chinese food, but try not to eat meat? This "sticky" cauliflower tastes like the famous sticky chicken with garlic at your favorite Chinese restaurant, but made from vegetables!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Crumb bread

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.333 cup

  • Sauce

    0.333 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Tabasco

    5 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sesame

  • Green onions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. To organize the workplace by placing the flour, egg and bread crumbs in separate plates. Mix salt and pepper with bread crumbs.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Dip florets in flour, then egg, then into crumbs. Spread on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until light crunch.

In a saucepan add all the ingredients for the sauce. Put it on medium heat. Mix and bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, until it begins to thicken.

Pour sauce roasted pieces of cauliflower and mix gently to ensure uniform coverage.
