Liver cake
I wanted a gentle liver and thought to make pot pie with it, beloved! The recipe is very simple to prepare, but taste pleasantly surprised! Crispy crust and a sweet filling! Prepare, you will not regret!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Basil

  • Vegetable oil

Make filling. Vegetables peel and chop finely.

In vegetable oil fry the onion first, but not until the end.

Then add the grated carrots and chopped garlic.

When carrots are slightly roasted, add the mushrooms.

The mushrooms, saute well and then add the chopped liver. Fry it it is necessary literally 2 minutes, that it was half-baked, sprinkle with salt and pepper our filling to taste.

Now make the dough while filling cools. Melt the butter and add 3 eggs, salt and baking powder and give everything a good stir.
