I wanted a gentle liver and thought to make pot pie with it, beloved! The recipe is very simple to prepare, but taste pleasantly surprised! Crispy crust and a sweet filling! Prepare, you will not regret!!!

Cooking
Make filling. Vegetables peel and chop finely.
In vegetable oil fry the onion first, but not until the end.
Then add the grated carrots and chopped garlic.
When carrots are slightly roasted, add the mushrooms.
The mushrooms, saute well and then add the chopped liver. Fry it it is necessary literally 2 minutes, that it was half-baked, sprinkle with salt and pepper our filling to taste.
Now make the dough while filling cools. Melt the butter and add 3 eggs, salt and baking powder and give everything a good stir.
Then add the yogurt and sour cream. All mix well.
Mix well and add flour gradually and mix well.
The dough will be slightly runny.
Grease a form with butter and pour one portion of dough.
Spread the filling on top.
And pour the remaining batter our future pie. Put prepared in a preheated 200 degree oven for 50 minutes.
And Woo La! Our wonderful cake is ready! Serve it with fresh Basil, it makes a wonderful addition to delicate taste of the liver!
