  • Flour

    700 g

  • Butter

    400 g

  • Potato starch

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    70 ml

  • Sour cream

    210 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    22 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Cardamom

    2 piece

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

Butter, flour, and starch chop with a knife into a fine buttery crumbs.

Beat the egg and sugar, then add the milk, sour cream, soda. Then add the mixture prepared spices.
