Finely chop the onion, fry until soft, add finely chopped garlic, a couple of minutes to fry.
Bread (no crusts) soaked in milk
Add to the minced onion, garlic, egg, bread in the milk (the bread is not to squeeze! Along with the milk!) Salt, pepper. Mix well.

At the end pour in the cream and cook another three minutes.
The meatballs will be juicy and tender
