This recipe I found on culinary notebook my mom. As a child she often prepared one "but&quo t;... some products have been replaced by then available (but I will write about this below). I decided to remember the taste of this cake, but make it like rezepte. Although, if you climb on is not present, you can find a lot of these or similar recipes, the food is no problem.

Cooking
The fish cut like this, as I have in the photo, along with leather (leather, naturally, should be cleaned from the scales), onion cut into half rings. (The skin when fighting then will become soft and will not felt).
Combine in a bowl the fish, onion + salt, sugar and pepper - stir and leave for about 1 hour (a little-marinated)
Potatoes are cleaned and cut slices as thin as possible, also add salt to taste.
Take a baking pan (mine is round), grease with vegetable oil and spread 2/3 of our test, make a test Board and lay out the first layer of potatoes, put a few pieces of butter.
Further - fish with onions. Layers can be according to your desire. The main thing is to start and finish with a layer of potatoes. And not to forget on each potato layer to put the oil.
Cover with remaining piece of dough and how to "pileniem" our pie to bake the stuffing out. Make a hole in the middle. Grease an egg and put in hot oven for ABOUT 150-180*C, bake the pie for about an hour (it all depends on the oven).
Here is our cake is ready. Top hot cake grease with butter. Cut into slices and eat. I have every piece doused with sour cream.
