Rich chocolate, melting in your mouth cake without flour!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

1. Chocolate and butter melt on a steam bath, allow to cool

2. Meanwhile, separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until thick light weight

3. Whites beat until stable peaks

4. To the yolk mass add the cooled chocolate mixture, then starch and cocoa powder, stir

5. Then add the whipped whites, gently stir in a circular motion

6. The dough pour into shape (I have a diameter of 20 cm) with a parchment sent in a preheated 180°C oven for 25-30 minutes.

7. Pie to cool and sprinkle with cocoa. Bon appetit!
