Bagels from dough
Very tasty, soft, tender rolls from small quantities of ingredients. The filling can be done any thing there in the kitchen, the main thing that it was not liquid. They can also be done without the filling, just to add to the dough a little more sugar and a sachet of vanilla sugar. Make a wonderful cheese scones! All a pleasant appetite!)

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sugar

    65 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Curd mixed with sugar and salt.

Add in cheese and egg, stir well.

Add the vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.

In curd add soda and sifted flour.

Knead the dough.

From the dough roll out round a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut the circle into segments (I have 12). On each segment put a thick slice of Apple, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (optional).

To roll the bagels. Lay them on the laid parchment or greased baking sheet. If desired, the bagels can be spread with an egg or a small amount of milk. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for approx 20 min until Golden brown.
