This recipe is amazing, delicate cupcake I found in the Internet. Honestly, I did not expect what will happen this delicate Goodies - otherwise you could not tell! The combination of crisp, delicious dough and ephemeral and weightless filling with the lemon flavor will not leave anyone indifferent!!!!

Cooking
First, cook until soft apricots and then blend it into a puree.
While cooking dried apricots, make the dough: mix the flour with salt, add the cold butter and chop all the knife to receive the crumbs.

From lemons, squeeze the juice.
Mix with a whisk eggs, sugar, baking powder, flour and vanilla until a homogeneous mass.
Then enter the lemon juice and again all peremeshaem carefully.
On the bottom of the form with the dough put the potatoes cut, and on top pour the lemon filling. Bake in a heated to 200 degrees oven for about 20 minutes.
Then decorate as desired.
Cake can be savored in the warmth, and cold.
