Potato pancakes with vegetables
These pancakes I cooked for the first time and I loved it!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    480 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream

    1 tsp

Carrots and peppers to RUB on a large grater, onion chop. With grated pepper squeeze a bit of juice.

The potatoes and onions to grate, squeeze the juice. Add sour cream, flour and eggs beaten with salt, mix thoroughly. In a pan pour vegetable oil and put the dough with a spoon. Fry pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side until appearance is Golden orange.
