Cooking
Oil and 200 gr. porubit chocolate into pieces and put in a water bath and melt. Remove from heat and set aside.
Eggs, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt beat until white.
Add the slightly cooled chocolate and mix well.
Chop the walnuts and remaining chocolate.
Add them together with flour and baking powder. Add cinnamon and a little brandy. Mix well. Form grease with oil and pour it into the resulting mass.
Send in heated to 180 degrees oven for 45-50 minutes. When the top is slightly hardened, but the middle will still "wobble" to cover with foil. The finished cake to leave in the form before full cooling. Flip and cut into pieces a La carte.
