Chicken sausage with zucchini
I suggest to you another sausage. This time with zucchini. The sausage obtained is dense, cuts well, zucchini is unexpressed taste, so it is not audible, but it gives richness.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    60 g

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking
