Very juicy, flavorful potato and vegetables. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Juli called "Potato stew", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
For this dish it is better to use small potatoes, and perfectly - small young. Potatoes thoroughly wash, a little dried.
Crumble a bit of salt. Put in greased with vegetable oil form.
Sprinkle dried herbs, sprinkle with vegetable oil. Between the laid potatoes whole peeled garlic cloves.
Cover with foil and put in oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Cut into rings (or grate) any vegetables, I used zucchini and sweet red pepper.
Take the potatoes out of the oven, remove the foil and put the squash, pepper, sprinkle with cheese.
Put in oven for 20 minutes.
This stew is good to serve with a salad of radish. Radish to grate, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with vinegar, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
