Salmon out of the oven
Salmon from the oven with bell peppers and onions. Salmon is my favorite fish. In different ways it was prepared, and this is the first time. Very tasty. Salmon is juicy, with taste of pepper. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user MamAnechka called "Salmon from the oven" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    850 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In the originally recipe salmon. I have salmon. Remove the fish skin.

All the ingredients required for cooking the recipe. The fish cut into uniform pieces (portions).

The pepper I picked peas. It is more aromatic. Ground in a coffee grinder.

The pieces of fish season with salt and pepper. Chop the onion and pepper rings. Pan (cookie sheet) brush with oil and lay rings of pepper and onion. On top of the salmon. The fish put onions to sour cream is better kept and did not spread.

The sour cream evenly pour over the fish and onions. (Originally in the recipe with sour cream and mayonnaise). Sprinkle with grated cheese (I shredded with a knife). Put the pan with the fish in a hot oven 180 deg. until Golden brown. My salmon was ready in 30 minutes.
