Meatballs with pineapple
It was just incredibly delicious!!! Unexpected, unusual, amazing!!!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Pineapple

    100 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pork cut into pieces and mince.

Pineapple cut into very small cubes.

Minced meat mixed with breadcrumbs, egg, toasted sesame seeds and slices of pineapple. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Knead the mince and make meatballs.

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil on all sides.

Scrape the carrots and cut into sticks. I still have lying around in the fridge a small piece of celery root - also started up in business. Pepper cleaned, cut into strips and then diamonds.

Onion very finely chopped (or whatever you like: cubes, strips... does not matter!)

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until light brown colour...

Add the carrots, pepper and beans.

All together fry for a few minutes...

To shift the vegetables in a deep casserole or roasting pan, the vegetables put the meatballs.

Pour sour cream and pineapple syrup from the jar.

Sprinkle with curry powder and a little salt.

Bring to boil, reduce fire to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

On a leaf of lettuce place the vegetables and meatballs on top. Serve with rice and garnish with herbs. Amazing meal!!!
