Beef, baked with pickled onions

Ingredients

  • Beef

    700 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

Beef cut into three parts, but not completely, so as to form a large "pockets".

Onion cut into strips, parsley finely. Mix the honey and vinegar. Spread the mixture of onions and greens. Leave for an hour.
