Pilaf
I don't claim to be original with your recipe, but cook like risotto for many years and it always turns out delicious, nice and crispy. There are a lot of different types of pilaf, but exactly the same I found.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

Wash the rice with cold water until until the water is clear. Then fill with cold water, add a tablespoon of salt and let it sit for 1.5-2 hours.
