Bread with cheese and ham
Tasty, nutritious bread with cheese and ham. Perfect for Breakfast, at work, on a picnic and on the road. The idea spied in the magazine "School of Gastronome", but the basis is my recipe: "Darline pies", with a few additions. But the engine of my progress is my son, he makes the order, well, that leaves me to bring to life. I hope is useful to somebody our recipe.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    125 g

  • Yeast

    12 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

Cooking

In the yeast, add sugar, water and flour, so they revived and increased in volume.

Flour, eggs, milk, salt, yeast knead the dough. In detail I described in "Darling pies" http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/34636/. The batter should be soft as earlobe. Cover and put in warm place for one hour. The dough should double in size.

While the dough rises, cut into strips cheese and ham.

RUB the nuts in a mortar.

Gently stir in approaching the dough with cheese, ham and nuts. Try to obtain a homogeneous mass. Put in silicone molds and leave for proofing (no less than 40 minutes) in a warm place.

Preheat the oven to 210 g. and put on middle shelf for 45 minutes.

That should get the bread browned and fragrant.

Cover with a towel and let stand for 10 minutes, and can be removed from the mold.
