Stuffed chops on the bone
Meat is meat, especially stuffed. Delicious, festive and eat comfortably.

Ingredients

  • Pork neck

    2 kg

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mushrooms cut and fry in vegetable oil with onions. Add to the pan the chopped prunes and simmer all together under a cover of 5 minutes - 7. Ready stuffing add salt.

Each piece of my meat , cut excess fat trimmed and bone.

Good fillet repel , sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Spread the meat filling , sprinkle with grated cheese

Carefully wrapped and laid on a baking sheet. Cook the meat in the oven for 10 minutes , turn , grease each piece with sauce and cook another 30 minutes. Sauce: mix mayonnaise with honey and skip through the press garlic. Bon appetit!!!
