I made it again dish, to put on photos and share the recipe with You, dear cooks. Very unusual zapekanok of fish, onions and tomatoes in a wine and tomato sauce. Very tender and flavorful. Not even to guess that this fish dish. Help yourself

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Dry white wine

    0.66 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.66 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Fish fillet wash, dry on a paper towel. Cut into large pieces and put into a greased form for baking in any form. Lightly salt and pepper

Tomato juice, vegetable oil, wine, salt and pepper (to taste) mix in a separate bowl and pour 1/2 on top of onions
