To make chocolate filling for this recipe http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/61112/ . Cool the stuffing to room temperature. Meanwhile, put the molds for ice or chocolate in the freezer.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave (20 seconds at maximum power of + 10 seconds if necessary). Chocolate can be any.
I actually mixed the leftovers of chocolate of all kinds,
and used pure white chocolate.
Melted chocolate coffee spoon is placed in molds (I had regular batteries that are supplied to refrigerators) and distributed along the walls, forming a chocolate bowl.
For a few minutes, put the molds in the freezer, and then fill the prepared chocolate filling.
On top of the filling and close the chocolate and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Carefully extracted the candy from the molds.
I lightly coated candy khandurina and spread out on paper capsules.
