Description
Named for mom's beloved, which always makes this cake in the road. A simple recipe, the main thing is to soak the biscuits. Perfect as a summer dessert.

Cooking
1. Prepare the biscuits. The eggs and sugar (75 g) beat with a mixer for 4-5 minutes.
Add the flour and stir (if you have ready biscuits, to take stock - 2-3 packages).
On the baking tray lined with tracing paper, put the resulting mass in small circles. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 6-8 minutes or until Golden brown.
2. Make the cream. Coffee dissolved in a small amount of hot water (so that the cream was not too runny), mix with the remaining sugar, sour cream, yogurt, cocoa powder. Cans of sour cream and yogurt are selected according to the density of the resulting cream. If very liquid, add a little of the viscous sour cream or yogurt. I usually take 2 small 1 small yogurt and sour cream.
3. Bananas clean and press. Apples grate on a fine grater.
4. Lay out several layers in the following order: biscuits, cream, blend bananas and apples (there are variations with fruits and berries). 5. Leave for 8 hours (better overnight) in the refrigerator to cakes soaked. 6. Enjoy easy delicious cake "Daisies". Bon appetit!
