Cooking
Chocolate dough. In a small saucepan, pour in the milk, add the butter (cut into pieces), chocolate, sugar and cocoa powder. Put on low heat and, stirring constantly, bring to homogeneity. Cool.
The eggs separate yolks from the whites. In chilled mass add egg yolks, flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Beat the whites with the pinch of salt and add to chocolate batter. Mix gently.
Dough. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg and sugar. Carefully grind (I do this with a fork, you can use a blender).
Next, add the melted butter, vanilla, flour and starch. Mix well.
Form (I have 20*20cm) well greased with butter and pour 1/3 of chocolate batter. Top with a teaspoon of the point spread dough. Next, cover the dough with a second piece of chocolate dough and also top spot to spread out dough. On top of the remaining part of the chocolate batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, while on the bottom of the oven put a container of water.
After baking the oven off and leave cake in oven for another 20 minutes and then pull out.
The chocolate glaze. In a saucepan put the butter, chocolate, powdered sugar and water. On low heat, stirring constantly, melt until smooth.
