Cooking
Wash the apples, dry them, remove the core.
The middle of the apples to fill with jam or preserves.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
To pound yolks with sugar and add flour. Mix well.
Add sour cream to the yolk mass and mix.
Proteins vzbit in a lush foam.
To connect two cream, gently stir with a wooden or silicone spatula from the bottom up, to not lost the splendor, to pour the apples.
Filled apples and slightly flattened uniformly in shape and apples.
Bake at medium temperature 120 gr. 50 minutes. PUDDING IS READY!!!
Pudding imposed in portioned plates, without damaging the apples. Very tasty with chilled boiled milk! BON APPETIT!!!
