Kohlrabi roasted
Remember as a child I begged my mom to leave the stalk?! And now don't have to ask, because kohlrabi is a completely "stumpy", a tasty, crunchy. Offer recipe by which kohlrabi and even potatoes with the meat is similar. Although neither one nor the other is not there, for sure. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.25 coup

Cooking

Kohlrabi peel.

Cut into cubes and salt, mix and set aside for 5 minutes.

Wash and clean the peppers, onions and garlic.

Cabbage rinse with water and drain in a sieve.

1 tbsp vegetable oil fry the onion and pepper for 5 minutes.

Put into a bowl.

In kohlrabi add the egg and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Heat in a wide frying pan 3 tbsp oil and put the cabbage. Fry 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.

Then the fire abated and cover with a lid, simmer for 25 minutes, until cooked cabbage. Occasionally stir.

Spread fried onion and pepper, stir and fry on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Chop the garlic and parsley. Add to the pan.

Fry 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Submit hot.
