I shared with you my recipe for fried pies, and now I want to show the dough. Both recipe "extracted" from the local Baker dining!!!
To start, dissolve the yeast in a little warm water, adding 1 tsp of sugar. If you take a bag of dry yeast "cake", the vanilla in the dough is not added, because yeast it is already there...
While the yeast are suitable, make a test... in warm milk, add sugar, vegetable oil and mayonnaise. All horoshenechko mix.
Whisk eggs with pinch of salt...
Add them to the dough for a couple of yeast...
Knead the dough. I periodically pour vegetable oil so the dough doesn't so much stick in your hands... (and anyway, when the dough is almost mixed, but still stick to hands, prefer better to pour oil, rather than pour flour...). Cover the dough with a cloth and leave for about 1-1.5 hours in a warm place. The window closed in the kitchen should be free of drafts!!!
The dough went up, "knead" it and give up again.
Well, and then grease the working surface with vegetable oil, roll the dough balls - as many as will fit at a time on the baking sheet. Give them "breathe" for 10 minutes, and sculpt cakes.
