Carrot souffle

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Ginger

    1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Carrots to clear, cut cubes and boil small amount of water until soft. Drain the water, cool.

All ingredients except oil, mix well and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Pour melted and slightly cooled butter, whisking for a minute.

Carrots grind in a puree in a blender.

Add to sugar and egg mixture. Whisk a couple of minutes.

To lay out the resulting mass into molds for baking, greased with butter. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated 180* the oven. Serve immediately. Before serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
