  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cut the meat into not very large pieces.
