Egg pancakes with chicken and mushrooms
Today I prepared this yummy, and decided to share with you, cooks! And you know what a huge plus this recipe? The chicken for the filling, no pre-fry or boil is not necessary! Everything is easy! And the result is succulent pancakes with a rich flavor! Write, already Drools.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Soft cheese

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

Cooking

Finely chop the onion. Fry until Golden brown.

Mushrooms finely chop.

Add the mushrooms to the onions. Roast for 10 minutes. Cool.

Chicken wash and cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the greens. Mix the chicken, one piece of cheese, mushrooms, onion, parsley, pepper, salt. The stuffing is ready!
