A very delicate chocolate cream dessert from Gordon Ramsay. His recipes are easy of execution and very great taste, and all at home! This dessert will appeal to all! It's not just ice cream, it's something more... a must try!

Cooking
Pistachio take not roasted and not salted. Clean them and scrollable in a blender literally 1 sec. Scooby they are a bit split.
Chocolate melt in a water bath.
Eggs, beat with sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Gently with a silicone spatula mix eggs, chocolate and cream. Add the nuts.
Pour the mass into a silicone form. If the form is not silicone, then cover it with cling film. Cover with cling film and put in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
Get out of shape, by removing it, sprinkle with grated chocolate (pictured sprinkled with white chocolate) and enjoy the taste!
