Cooking
To the flour add salt, egg, mineral water, vodka and a spoon of vegetable oil.
Knead the dough. Soft in consistency.
The three cheese grater. You can take cheese to taste (I have feta and Gouda).
Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll into a small rectangle, put the filling. Roll the top edge, then the sides, cover the bottom edge. Edge linking, press.
Fry in vegetable oil, pre-heating of the pan. On medium heat, put the seam side down.
