My version of this wonderful cake decoration. Since I was "weak" to form a smooth dome for the dress, I found another idea. Who cares, look, read....

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    14 piece

  • Sugar

    5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Starch

    5 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Butter

    0.8 kg

  • Cognac

  • The food dye

Biscuit. The products required.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins vzbit in a solid foam with sugar. Soda mix with sour cream (to pay in sour cream). Beat egg yolks with condensed milk, sour cream. Mix with a mixture of flour and starch (previously passed).

To connect proteins with the test (gently, gently). Pour into prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven.

Bake 45 min. at a temperature of 150 degrees. Do not forget about the peculiarities of the oven.

All ingenious - is simple!!! I'm talking about the meringue. So, products for preparing meringue.

Chilled proteins vzbit in a solid foam. In three or four stages to enter the sugar and whisk at maximum speed to a state of "natecene".

Gently beat in to the proteins of the starch. Blend in a pastry bag. It is possible without it, just with a spoon.

Spread on prepared baking sheet. I made them small for better drying and further formation of the cake.

That's such a beautiful thing happened - the continuous soft, melting in your mouth!!!

Prepare cream "Charlotte". Unfortunately, without pictures, as a very tense moment for me. 1. Syrup. 3 cups of milk and 3 cups of sugar to mix, boil and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. 2. Beat the eggs in a very solid foam (7-8 minutes). 3. Continuing to mix the eggs, to introduce a thin stream of boiling syrup. 4. Beat the entire mixture and pour into the pan a little more. 5. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat (preferably on a prepared water bath). Cooling to the temperature of warm milk. 6. Beat softened butter. Without stopping whisking, to introduce the syrup for 3-4 hours. 7. For flavor, add the brandy (to taste). 8. If necessary, add the dye, pre-mixed it in a couple of drops of warm water.

And now the most interesting - the formation of the cake. Take a large bowl (proportional to the doll) and lay it with cling film. Center to put the cardboard tube, too obvernuv it film. Sponge cake cut into 3 parts. 2 pieces cut into pieces and put the prepared wall of the bowl. Sponge cake soak and smear cream. To impregnate write 0.5 Cup milk syrup and mix with the brandy.

The remaining 1/3 of the cake soak, spread with cream and cover the entire structure.

Put on 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. I put on 30 minutes in the freezer.

To turn on the tray which will be your cake. Remove the bowl and plastic wrap.

The doll I have prepared in advance. Took off the dress, the bust is wrapped with paper tape, Packed in plastic wrap. Put the tube in the center of the cake. Smeared a thin layer of cream.

Decorate as one likes. I have done that. Pink cream made the ruffle. Took nozzle for leaves.

White-pink cream stars on the hem of the skirt and the center.

White flowers on the top of the dress. Add pastry beads from another kind of festive.

For candles I made cupcakes and decorated the remnants of the cream.

And here is the culprit of all this fuss - smart, beautiful and just a very good girl - my niece!!! Her look on this cake was worth all the hassle!!!

The incision is very tender. Maybe a bit too much cream, but when it is well zacholowsky, it's delicious!!
