Stuffed potatoes in a tomato sauce
Stuffed potatoes in a thick tomato sauce is a great dish for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    15 piece

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    500 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Onions and carrots finely cut and fry until soft in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.

In minced meat (I used pork), add roasted vegetables, taste and season with salt and pepper and knead thoroughly.

Peel and wash the potatoes. To make holes in it using special devices.

Stuff the potatoes with this mixture and place in a saucepan.

On a dry pan fry the flour until Golden and add the vegetable oil.

Then pour the tomato sauce, stir, to avoid lumps. Add salt to taste, sugar and pepper. While stirring, bring the sauce to a boil, add the chopped garlic and remove from heat.

In the pot with the potatoes pour 1/4 Cup. water, and pour on top of sauce. Cook on a slow fire until tender (I usually cook it in the oven at 200 degrees)
