Eggs stuffed with mushrooms
A very simple dish, but tasty and elegant. By itself, the mushroom pasta is quite suitable for sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolk. Mushrooms with onion and egg yolks grind in a blender, add sour cream (or mayonnaise), salt, a pinch of ground nutmeg (it is possible and without it). It turns out very tasty pasta, it is also applicable in other dishes.
