Sausages
Very gentle, mild and incredibly delicious. Constantly doing on the holiday table. This time I made red wine (not soaked in red wine), was even sweeter.....

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Dry red wine

    170 g

  • Cheese

    160 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Pomegranate juice

    100 ml

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Meat cut into portions, repelling, salt and pepper and pour the wine for 10-15 minutes.

For the filling: cube onions and carrots. Cut onion into cubes, carrots three on a coarse grater. All saute in vegetable oil until Golden brown onions.

Processed cheese RUB on a large grater (after I froze it in the freezer). Grind the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil mushrooms I was home.of the workpiece.

Onions, carrots, cheese and mushrooms mixed together.

Wrap the sausages and....

....put on a baking sheet.

Make the sauce: pomegranate juice mix with mayonnaise, you can add a few drops of lemon juice (this time I didn't) and give everything a good mix.

Pour the sausages and put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven.

Cook for 50-60 min.
