Cupcakes Raffaello
Tender, flavorful baked goods on the famous candy.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    70 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Coconut shavings

    20 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Soft beat butter, gradually adding sugar.

Not stopping to whisk, add the yolks one at a time.

Then add the baking powder, half of the flour, the yogurt and the remaining flour.

Separately beat the whites until stable peaks.

With a spatula stir into the dough coconut and crushed almonds. Then gently mix in the first third of the beaten egg whites, then remainder.

Put the dough into capsules, filling them to 1/2.

Bake at 170 degrees until dry sticks. That is, the toothpick stuck in center of cupcake should come out dry and clean. It will take about 25 minutes.

For decoration of cupcakes to whip cream with vanilla and powdered sugar until stable peaks. Try not to use a lot of vanilla, otherwise the cream will taste bitter. This, of course, talking about the powder, not natural vanilla.

Decorate cupcakes with cream, coconut and, if desired, chocolates "Raffaello".
