Description
Dear cooks! I confess that I haven't eaten so delicious, gentle, airy and mega-berry muffins! We strongly recommend You to try them. Moreover, they are suitable for fasting, and for vegans, and for watching your figure. This recipe belongs to Scandinavian cuisine, but unfortunately, does not apply to the Royal court. The fact that the combination of the berries (in this case blueberry and black currant) in Finland called "kuningatar ", which means "Queen&a mp;quot; that's why there was such a name.

Cooking
Mix dry ingredients: 2 kinds of flour, sugar (regular and vanilla), baking soda and baking powder.
Apple peel, cut into small cubes and put in microwave for 2 minutes at a power of 1000 watts. (Original Apple rubbed on a small grater.)
In a blender put an Apple, banana and juice of a quarter lemon. Blend until puréed.
To dry ingredients add oil and puree, very thoroughly. With a spatula gently stir in the blueberries and black currants (I had frozen). You should get a thick batter.
Pour the batter into the molds. Bake in a preheated at 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Ready to test a torch.
