Chicken gizzards in garlic-ginger sauce
Very tasty, spicy, pungent-spicy dish. Well, very cheap!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Pasta

    0.5 kg

Set of products is small.

Chicken gizzards peel and boil in salted water until tender. I've been using the pressure cooker: 40 minutes ready.

Broth drain, leaving about 1 Cup. Stomachs cut (as you like).

Onions finely cut and fry in butter until transparent.

Ginger root, примерно5-6 cm, peel and grate on a fine grater.

Garlic finely chop.

Chicken liver sprinkle starch and stir.

Ginger and garlic to spread on dry heated pan and sauté for 1 minute.

The pan with fried ginger and garlic add the butter and put the stomach.

Add the fried onions, mix and slightly fry all the ingredients together.

Add the broth and spices. I used a mixture of pepper and Provencal herbs.
