Cooking
Mix the flour, starch and ground almonds. Margarine, egg and sugar beat until creamy. Continuing to whisk, add to the butter mix the flour with the starch and nut, and flavor (see photo - I have that). Turned out pretty thick, but flexible dough.
Turn the oven on 180*. The dough dialed in a pastry syringe on the baking paper draw flowers, hearts, Christmas trees, leaves, etc. the size of the nozzle orifice depends on the size of the cookies (I took 2 different nozzles).
Bake in the heated oven until lightly BROWNING for thin cookies about 5 minutes, large for 10-12 minutes at 180*. While I baked the first sheet I drew the following, only had time to change the sheets. If desired, you can decorate the cookies with jam.
The dough is easily extruded from the syringe, can the process of "drawing" to connect their children, it will be interesting.
