Cake applesauce

This recipe is "living& quot; in our family a very long time. And the modern version of cooking beloved cake using brown sugar gives it a more caramel note. Aromas and taste divine! Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Apple

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Honey

    75 g

  • Vegetable oil

    20 g

Connect in a bowl the flour, starch, vanilla, baking powder, salt and sugar. I used unrefined Cane sugar Small TM "Mistral".

In a separate container, lightly beat with a whisk applesauce, buttermilk, honey and vegetable oil. Applesauce I used purchased, for baby food. For making homemade mashed potatoes, you can bake apples in any convenient way for you and RUB them through a sieve.

Stirring well with a whisk, gradually, 2 tablespoons, pour the dry ingredients into the liquid, bring mixture to a homogeneous condition. It will take no more than five minutes. Severely beat is not necessary.

Put the dough in a greased rectangular shape for cupcakes, size 25 X 10 cm

Bake in preheated 160 degrees oven for 1 hour 10 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Readiness can be checked torch or with a special needle.

That's all. The cupcake is ready. It can be a little preporuciti icing sugar and cut into portions.
