Cooking
Softened butter whisking, gradually adding sugar. Then enter the eggs one by one.
Stir in the flour, sifted with salt, baking powder and half vanilla. Separate 1/3 of the dough.

In the smaller portion of the dough add cocoa and milk.
Put into a form light dough. I have a form of silicone, I no oil. Size 22*22 cm
On top of the light dough to distribute the chocolate. Bake at 180 degrees until dry matches. It took me 20 minutes.
Ready cake cool on a wire rack and put back into shape.
To beat cream cheese with condensed milk and vanilla. Then, without stopping to whisk, to enter 200 ml of cream.
Gelatin to dissolve in the heat 50 g of cream. I have gelatin, does not require soaking. If you use regular, soak it in cold water according to the instructions. Press swollen gelatin and dissolve in cream.
Using a mixer to introduce the gelatin mixture to the curd, pouring it in a thin stream. Spread the cream on the cake to cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cooking time is given without solidification.
For the frosting bring to a boil 50 ml of cream and pour their chocolate, mangled pieces. Stir until a homogeneous mass.
To put the icing on the cake and allow to solidify in the cold.
Pie can be served whole. And you can cut and serve in portions.
