Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Meat cut into strips, cucumber and carrot slices, onion finely chopped.

Fry the meat for two minutes on the fire above average, but not strong, add onions. Fry for another minute with the onions, stirring constantly.

Add carrots, fry for another three minutes.

Turn cucumber. Cover with a lid, extinguish the fire, simmer about 5 minutes.

Sauce: mix vinegar, sugar, salt and tomato paste.

To the meat add flour, stir, pour your cooked sauce and soy sauce and about a quarter Cup of water. Close the lid, a couple more minutes...and........ eat on health.
