Cake
Moist cake with orange flavor and whipped cream. The dough is like a cake soaked in condensed milk with orange jelly.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    325 g

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Milk

    240 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    120 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Extract

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Jelly

    2 pack

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Extract

    2 tsp

  • Candy

    12 piece

Cooking

Flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to mix.

Mix the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and eggs.

Connect "dry" and "wet" components, mix well. Slowly add hot water and mix on low speed.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the batter into the prepared pan (22cm x 32cm) and bake for about 30 - 40 minutes (the splinter should come out with a few moist crumbs)

To give the basis to cool. A cocktail straw with a large diameter to make holes over the entire surface of the cake.

To prepare the sauce: mix the jelly, pour hot water. Stir until homogeneous transparent liquid. Mix with condensed milk.

Evenly pour the impregnation of the whole cake.

Whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla extract.
