Cake
Offer the recipe is a delicious honey cake with chocolate butter cream, walnuts, decorated with spicy roses from beets and apples. My cake was very big, as they prepared for a big company on the anniversary of a lady. Who wish to prepare the cake for the home tea, can cook a half portion. Perhaps a recipe for honey cake and one is not surprised, more wanted to show the cake in the form of a basket, with those roses. To make the cake start with preparation cream. I cooked a big cake for an anniversary. Milk (800 ml) are mixed with 150 g of sugar, cook on the stove until boiling milk until the sugar is dissolved. Get the milk syrup. In a separate container mix eggs, flour and the remaining 200 ml of milk. All thoroughly beat with a mixer. Combine milk syrup with the egg mixture, carefully mix everything. Return entire mixture to stove and cook stirring constantly until the first bubble.

Remove from heat cream and put into it the broken chocolate. All carefully stir, then beat with a blender. Our cover the cream with cling film to not form a crust and leave to cool.

Prepare cakes for the cake. In a heatproof bowl mix eggs, honey, sugar, butter (80 g) and soda. Put on a steam bath and heating, bring mixture to foaming. Remove the bowl from the heat, allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. In another bowl mix the flour and cocoa. Sift the dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Knead elastic dough. Wrap the dough in plastic to not dry out.

Cut a piece of dough and roll out to the desired diameter. I had an oval cake, so I cut the cakes in oval shape. Rolled out immediately on parchment, which was baked. To me it was easier. Bake cakes in a preheated 175-180°C oven for 5-7 minutes (watch your oven). While baked one, you can manage to roll out another layer and the process moves very quickly in my opinion. I got 10 cakes. In the cake used walnut, so it should be dried in the oven, so delicious.

Condensed milk I cooked 1.5 hours and cooled. Beat 120 grams butter at room temperature. Gradually add condensed milk, each time whisking the butter, then again, condensed milk, etc. until all the condensed milk will not be whipped with butter.

Combine the Creamed butter with the condensed milk and cooled chocolate custard. Begin to collect the cake. Each Korzh liberally lubricated cream, do not regret it a lot and sprinkle chopped walnuts on your taste. And so it comes with all the cakes. Now the cake needs to cool and leave it to impregnation ( the night). I wrapped it in cling film and put it in the fridge. If the cake for the home tea, you can just sprinkle with nuts and enjoy the taste of chocolate cake. I had to decorate the cake for the anniversary, I decided to make roses from beets and apples.

Beet and Apple roses were made by a single technology. The amount of beets and apples on the eyes. Beets purify and cut into thin plates by using the vegetable cleaning.
