Description

Alsatian tart
I love Alsatian cuisine. Simple, sometimes "clumsy". I already had the recipe cuisine of this region of France, and I am very pleased that the "Cook" has a number of dishes from Alsace. Today we will make Tartee Flambee or Flammenkueche/Flamme nkuche. I note that the site presents open pies from the region. I hope my (with goat cheese) would be a good addition to this collection.
