Strawberry roulade
For sweet lovers is very delicate sponge roll. Easy to prepare, very tasty and original!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Starch

    20 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Strawberry

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Powdered sugar

1. To separate whites and yolks.

2. Beat the whites with 50 g sugar, the egg yolks with 50 g sugar and 1 tbsp hot water.

3. Mix with whites, flour and starch. Don't forget to mix liquid to dry, and not Vice versa, the mass was obtained without lumps. Mix well.

4. Spread on paper for baking, put on 10-15 minutes in the oven (200 degrees).

5. Make filling. Soak gelatin. Berries cut into pieces. Mix with sugar, pour lemon juice.

6. Dissolve gelatin should be mixed cream or yogurt to the berries and stir.

7. Towel sprinkle with sugar, spread it on our biscuits. The baking paper gently remove. Sponge cake together with the towel turn roll. Allow to cool.

8. Gently unfold the cake with strawberry filling, wrap in clingfilm and in the fridge.

Optionally sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with berries.
