Like almost any cake cooked very quickly. Cupcake with sour cream turns out very tender and flavorful. That it's delicious, needless to say.

Cooking
Eggs, beat with sugar. Add sour cream, stir.
Fold in flour and add hydrated soda. Whisk, it turns out the dough consistency of sour cream.
Divide the dough into two approximately equal parts. In one add cocoa, stir.
In the form (if silicone, it is oil not grease) put the dark dough.
It – chopped dried fruit.
Put in preheated oven, bake at 180 deg. Top should be Browning. Readiness better check with a match, stuck in the cupcake, it should come out dry. The cake rises well, and if the form without holes, it will almost certainly crack. The taste, however, is fortunately not affected. Bon appetit and good mood!
